Although we are not part of any managed care networks, we do accept out-of-network PPO plans and non-managed care coverage. As a courtesy, our knowledgeable team will complete and file all the necessary paperwork for your dental insurance benefits. Please note that your individual policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider, and you are ultimately responsible for any portion of your treatment not covered by your plan.
We’re also glad to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company upon request, so you’ll have a clearer understanding of what your plan will cover before your care begins.
Our fees are the same for all patients, regardless of insurance status, and reflect the usual and customary rates for high-quality dental services in our area. Some insurance companies may base their reimbursement rates on a set fee schedule, which may not always align with our practice fees. Coverage and processing times can also vary widely from one company to another—while some pay quickly, others may take several weeks or longer to resolve claims.
